Homeowners having received violation notices from the Palermo POA to clean house exterior, roofs, sidewalks, driveways, and have not yet done so, should adhere to the Phase III, St Johns County Water Management District watering restrictions. For those homeowners who have received violation notices for required landscape remediation, adherence to watering restrictions is also recommended. Related violation notices will be suspended while these restrictions are in effect.

Street Parking

Residents are reminded the Palermo Declarations prohibit the “regularly” use of the streets for overnight parking.  Please utilize the overflow parking areas at the Pool/Gym if necessary.  Residents with special circumstances may petition the Management Office for temporary approval.

Lawn Services Signs

Residents are asked to remove lawn maintenance, fertilizer and pest treatment signs 24 - 48 hours after application or consistent with signage precautions.

Auto & Home Burglary Prevention

Don’t be a victim to crime.  Remember to follow a few simple “TLC” rules by Taking out valuables, Locking all doors and Closing windows in your auto.  Report all suspicious activity to the Police immediately.  Additional guidelines are HERE.
