Committee Sign Up Info & Form
The Board of Directors is calling all homeowners willing to make a commitment to further enhance the Palermo lifestyle. You can make a difference by getting involved with our Community. We are looking for homeowners who are willing to contribute their talents, experience, dedication and energy by serving on one or more of the following committees:
- Compliance Awareness Committee: Assist in encouraging compliance with our Community’s Covenants Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs); educate homeowners about the CCRs; identify and communicate violations to our Management Company; occasionally attend hearings to gain compliance.
- Covenant Enforcement Committee: This committee serves as an "appeals" committee and is required per the Florida Statutes
- Modification Committee: Review plans submitted by homeowners for exterior modifications to their homes and lots to ensure they are consistent with the Architectural Criteria for Palermo.
- Landscape and Maintenance Committee: Review the landscaping on Palermo’s Common Property to identify landscaping and maintenance needs; establish priorities consistent with budget constraints established by the Board; develop RFPs for contemplated work; review landscape, maintenance and service proposals and contracts; make recommendations to the Board for implementation.
- Social and Communications Committee: Develop plans for enhancing sense of community by planning and coordinating social events; communicate to homeowners by newsletters, website, and community bulletin board.
